Requirements

• PSIRA-registered security company with valid certificates; active UIF and COIDA good standing; Bargaining Council registration.
• Licences: ICASA, firearm licence in company name; police clearance for owners.
• Insurance: liability insurance of at least R2 million.
• Local presence: fully functional office in the Chris Hani District; site inspections may be conducted.
• Compliance: Tax compliance verified on CSD; registered on CSD and LOGIS; adherence to Labour/PSIRA salary rates.
• Documentation: complete all returnable forms (SBDs), Certificates of Authority, JV agreements if applicable; provide references for similar prior work.
• Evaluation criteria: Stage 1 administrative compliance; Stage 2 technical/functional threshold (minimum 70 points); price and specific-goals weighting (80/20 or 80/20/90/10 framework as applicable).
