Overview

Provision of security management services for Ntabethemba Satellite Office in Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality for 36 months. This tender is directed at local security service providers with PSIRA registration, armed-response capability, and the ability to meet Labour, insurance, and governance requirements; preferencing and local office presence in the Chris Hani District are part of the evaluation.

Requirements

• Local presence: fully functional office within the Chris Hani District; site inspections may be conducted.
• Compliance and registrations: active PSIRA certificate; UIF; COIDA good standing; Bargaining Council registration; ICASA license; firearm license in company name; police clearance for owners; liability insurance (min ≈ R2 million); CSD and LOGIS registration; tax compliance (TCS or SARS PIN).
• Experience and references: demonstrated security projects with contactable references; two-stage evaluation includes a substantial emphasis on prior security deployments.
• Staffing/equipment: guards per shift with uniforms, two-way radios, torches, occurrence books, name tags, handcuffs, posted offices; local armed-response capability; check points and access control; visitor and vehicle screening; asset protection.
• Contract and pricing: 36-month contract; all-inclusive pricing with no post-award price adjustments; monthly invoicing; adherence to Labour rates and PSIRA-compliant salaries.
• Documentation: completeness of mandatory returnables (SBD forms, JV agreements if applicable) and adherence to two-envelope/evaluation procedures.
