Requirements

• PSIRA certificate (company) and active licensing
• UIF registration
• COIDA letter of good standing
• Registration with Bargaining Council
• ICASA license
• Firearm license in the company’s name
• Police clearance for company owners
• Liability Insurance (minimum R2 million)
• Fully functional office in the Chris Hani District
• Tax compliance status verified on CSD or SARS PIN
• LOGIS registration
• Compliance with mandatory returnable forms (e.g., SBDs, ECBD schedules)
• Evidence of previous security contracts (references) and payroll practices aligned to Labour/PSIRA rates
