Requirements

• PSIRA certificate, UIF, COIDA good standing, Bargaining Council registration, ICASA license, firearm license, police clearance for owner, and liability insurance (min. R2 million).
• Fully functional office within the Chris Hani District; potential site inspections.
• Compliance with CSD and LOGIS; active tax compliance status.
• Local presence with armed response capability; adherence to Labour/gazetted security-salary rates.
• Provision of required security equipment and staffing as specified (e.g., post assignments, two-way radios, uniforms, OBs, etc.).
• Completion of all SBD forms and returnable schedules; adherence to two-envelope or single-envelope procedures as applicable.
• Bidder must meet the two-stage evaluation: Stage 1 administrative compliance; Stage 2 functionality with a 70% threshold; price and specific-goal scoring per ECBD 6.1.
