PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES

Overview

Provision of Security Services to EWADE sites, including uniformed personnel and mobile supervision across offices, pump stations and dam sites within the Lower Usuthu Smallholder Irrigation Project. Bidders should be Eswatini-registered security service providers licensed and approved by the Office of the Senior Government Security Officer, with at least 60% of controlling shares owned by Eswatini citizens, and able to meet general eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• Eswatini-registered security service provider; licensed/approved by the Office of the Senior Government Security Officer; 60% local ownership
• Meet general eligibility: capacity to contract, tax clearance, social security compliance
• Submit documentary evidence: Tax Compliance Certificate; Labour Compliance; ENPF; Police clearances for company directors
• Provide corporate documents: Certificate of Incorporation; Trading License; Proof of Authority; Company Forms J & C; copies of IDs; financial statements within 12 months
• Tender security of SZL 20,000 and non-refundable tender document fee SZL 350
• Mandatory pre-tender meeting 22 Oct 2026; attendance recorded
• Submission: one-stage, one envelope with two inner envelopes (TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL); deadline 13 Nov 2026 10:00; opening 1010

How to Apply

• Confirm eligibility (Section 4, ITT) and prepare required forms
• Obtain Tender Document (SZL 350) from (Tender Document) or ewade site; payment by cash or EFT
• Attend mandatory pre-tender meeting on 22 Oct 2026 (Teams link in Tender Document)
• Prepare Technical Tender and Financial Tender; include required documents (Section 2 Data Sheet)
• Submit to EWADE Lubovane Dam Site Office, Siphofaneni by 13 Nov 2026 10:00; mark envelopes per instructions; include original + copies; do not open before 1010
