PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT THE PLAYHOUSE COMPANY PREMISES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

The Playhouse Company is procuring security services for its premises for a three-year period (PHC 93/2026). Bidders should be experienced security service providers with valid PSIRA registration, COIDA/Employer's Liability standing, UIF registration, SARS tax compliance, and CSD supplier registration, and must attend a compulsory site briefing. The contract covers continuous guarding and related security duties at The Playhouse Company sites (Durban CBD), with a mandatory site briefing on 16 October 2026 and closing on 2 November 2026.

Requirements

• CSD registration report and tax-compliance status
• Detailed pricing schedule with wage/benefit build-up
• Valid BEE affidavit or SANAS certificate
• COIDA/Compensation Fund good standing
• UIF registration proof
• PSIRA registration for company and key personnel
• CIPC company registration with directors/members
• Signed authority to bid (resolution)
• Proof of current public liability
• Compliance with tender declarations, SBD forms, and mandatory returns
• Attendance at the compulsory site briefing
• Audited or reviewed financial statements (latest three years)
• Proposed contract management organogram and personnel CVs
• Sample employment contracts, anonymised payslips, duty rosters, mobilization/transition plan, contingency plan, training/QA/inspections, and business continuity details
• If subcontracting, subcontractor CSD and compliance proof
