PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS AT ECRDA OFFICES, QONCE

Overview

Provision of security services for ECRDA Offices, Qonce, for 24 months, including deployment of at least one day shift unarmed guard (06:00–18:00) and one night shift armed guard (18:00–06:00) under PSIRA Grade C. Suitable security-service providers with PSIRA registration, a valid COID, and the ability to meet reporting, access-control, screening, and confidentiality requirements are invited to bid. The contract covers 24 months with start within 3 days of Purchase Order; monthly reporting and ongoing management of guards, access control, and incident handling are required.

Requirements

• PSIRA registration with a valid certificate; guards must be Grade C
• Minimum two guards on site: day unarmed (06h00–18h00) and night armed (18h00–06h00); guards to wear full uniform and name tags
• Minimum of three years’ security experience; attach CVs and PSIRA registrations
• Submit two traceable references; provide COID/Compensation Fund good standing
• Complete Annexure III – Detailed Quotation; sign SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1); include GCC
• Prequalification: register on National Treasury CSD and provide Tax Compliance PIN; proof of authority to sign; if a consortium, formal agreements required
• Security screening by State Security Agency; declaration of secrecy; ongoing information-security practices
• Service delivery requires commencement within 3 days after PO; monthly performance reviews and reporting to ECRDA
