Requirements

  • RFP document initialling on each page; fully signed technical specs and pricing; bank account proof; certified company registration; certified IDs for directors; SARS Tax clearance (valid on closing); BBBEE certificate or affidavit; VAT certificate (valid on closing); certified SBD forms 1, 4, 6.1; board resolution (or sole proprietor); Declaration of Interest; CSD registration; PSIRA; COIDA; Public liability and Professional Indemnity; UIF; Bank Rating Letter.
• On award: PSIRA certificates for guards; firearm licenses; firearm competency; police clearance.
• Functional evaluation (minimum 70% to progress): capacity/references (minimum 3, with two current/6+ months in operation), financial statements (two years), contract manager CV (≥5 years), locality, operational vehicles, Quality Management System, and a 30-day Implementation Plan.
• Staffing plan: number of guards (e.g., 21 Grade D, 1 Grade C, 1 Operational Manager) per scope.
