Provision of security services for the Ntabankulu

Provision of security services for the Ntabankulu DoA Office in the Alfred Nzo District for 36 months. The contract targets local security providers with PSIRA registration and capable of patrolling, access control, screening, asset protection and emergency response. Key qualifications include PSIRA certificates for the company and guards, COIDA, UIF and Bargaining Council compliance, ICASA license, Police clearances for owners/directors and guards, and liability insurance of at least R2 million. A local Alfred Nzo District office is required and site inspections may be conducted. Bids are evaluated in two stages: Stage 1 administrative compliance and functionality (minimum 60% and 65 points for functionality); Stage 2 price and specific goals under an 80/20 (or 90/10) preference scheme, including goals such as ownership by black people, women, youth, disability, and locality. Contract duration is 36 months.
