Overview

Provision of security system services for the NRWDI Midrand Building, including installation and 5-year monitoring/armed-response. The NRWDI seeks an integrated security-systems provider to install CCTV, intruder alarms, containment/heads-end equipment, and 24/7 monitoring with armed response for five years. Suitable bidders are security-systems integrators with proven CCTV, access-control/all-round alarm capability, and network cabling; must hold PSIRA registration and COIDA Good Standing, and comply with SBD and BBBEE requirements. Requirements

• Quote fully per the price table and scope; submit before the closing time to the correct email.
• Provide a minimum of three verifiable reference letters from prior security-service engagements.
• Provide proof of valid PSIRA registration and COIDA Letter of Good Standing.
• Provide ID copies of owners/directors as reflected in official registrations.
• Submit BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Complete and return SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 with the quotation; ensure CSD registration where applicable; demonstrate tax compliance at award stage.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 status (indicate if certified).
• Delivery/installation to be completed by 31 August 2026; recurring monitoring/armed response for 60 months.
