Requirements

• Must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) or show CSD supplier number.
• Complete MBD 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9 and Declaration of Bidder forms.
• Meet all minimum compliance and mandatory requirements.
• Provide valid proof of specific-goals claims (MBD 6.1): B-BBEE Level 1; ownership by black women/youth; or disabled person(s) as applicable.
• Prices must be VAT inclusive; no Tippex/erasable ink.
• Provide proof that company and directors’ municipal accounts are not in arrears for more than 3 months (with acceptable formats described).
• No quotations from state actors; hard-copy submissions only; quotations valid for 90 days.
