Overview

Provision of a two-day accredited SHE Representative training course for 38 Vaal Central Water employees. Bidders should be training providers with SETA accreditation (alignment to relevant professional body such as QTCO/SETA) and experience in Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance and fire- Emergency response training.

Requirements

• Accredited two-day SHE Rep training for 38 employees (designated and newly appointed Reps).
• Pre-qualifying criteria: submit RFQ as a one-folder bid; complete SBD Forms 1, 4, and 6.1; demonstrate alignment to a relevant professional body (SETA accreditation).
• Tax and regulatory compliance: Tax Compliance Status PIN from SARS; where applicable, CSD number; each consortium member must submit its own TCS/CSD.
• Documentation for specific goals: where claiming points, provide BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, ID copies, and any local area or disability documentation as required.
• Compliance: adhere to GCC, and complete/submit required bid forms on official letterhead (no retyping).
• Clarification response: respond within the time frames stated (5 days for TCS-related queries).
