• Two projectors meeting addendum specs: 3LCD technology, 3,600 lumens, native XGA 1024×768, 4:3 aspect, 16,000:1 contrast, lamp life up to 6,000h/12,000h Eco, 30–300 inch projection, 1.2× zoom, keystone ±30°, built-in 5 W speaker, HDMI/USB/RJ45, ceiling-mountable, 36-month warranty (carry-in).
• Compliance and pre-qualification: CSD registration, Original Tax Clearance Certificate, UFH supplier database registration.
• Bid documents: complete SQD Form 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (BBEE), SBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination); price declaration;Declaration of interest and related forms as part of RFQ package.
• Evaluation: price and Specific Goals with 80/20 (or 90/10) preference; 51%+ women ownership target; quotes may be rejected or amended per SCM policy.
