Overview

RFQ for provision of skills development scorecard training for 2 officers at The South African State Theatre. Bidders should be training providers with SETA accreditation, SAQA-aligned content, and B-BBEE compliance; the package includes face-to-face training, breakfast/lunch, and a completion certificate (RFQ 490 - Skills Development Scorecard Training.pdf).

Requirements

• Accredited SETA provider; facilitator CVs, registered with the relevant SETA; minimum 3 years’ facilitation experience in Skills Development or BBBEE training.
• Course content: identify BEE recognition level, classify training interventions, determine SD expenditure, understand EAP impact, set compliance targets, apply the score formula.
• Deliverables: face-to-face training for 2 officers; breakfast and lunch; completion certificate; training material aligned to SAQA unit standards; trained facilitators; recommended facilitator with SETA; training site with adequate resources.
• Compliance/documentation (Phase 1/2): CSD registration (MAAA), SBD1/SBD4, SBD6.1, SARS tax PIN or TCS, ID copies for directors, B-BBEE certificate, certified share certificates, POPIA consent, GCC initials; evidence to support preferences if claimed.
• Evaluation: four phases—SCM compliance, mandatory requirements, technical specification compliance, and price/Specific Goals (80/20 price with 20% goals).
