Provision of SACAA regional office accommodation in Cape Town for a five-year lease. SACAA seeks space owners or licensed estate agents within Cape Town Airport precinct or within 5 km offering 400–430 m² of office space, not older than 20 years, grade B, with at least 35 parking bays (15 exclusive covered, 20 shared visitor), and security/back-up infrastructure to house its regional office from 01 Feb 2027 for five years (with renewal option). Bidders must meet space, building, and site requirements and pass SCM, building compliance, and site evaluation criteria, under an 80/20 price-and-criteria evaluation (20 pts for black-owned status). Submission is via a three-envelope process by 16 November 2026 at 11:00, deposited in SACAA’s Bid Box (Byls Bridge Office Park, Centurion) with envelopes for mandatory docs, technical proposal, and pricing (see Tender Documents: CPT Accommodation - October 2026).
