Overview

RFQ for the Provision of Stacking, Boiler Feeding, Stickers Manufacturing and Value Extraction Services for a Month at Timbadola Saw Mill. SAFCOL invites bids from service providers with experience in sawmilling/forestry/agriculture and the ability to supply labour, transport and related services as specified in Annexure A of the RFQ document. Requirements

• Demonstrate experience in managing a sawmilling/forestry/agriculture contract with verifiable references.
• Register for tax compliance (SARS) and provide a Tax Clearance; CSD registration or MA AA number.
• Provide latest BBBEE verification (SANAS) or sworn EME/QSE affidavit; signed SBD forms.
• Proof of Compensation/COID compliance (Workman’s Compensation or equivalent) and Good Standing.
• Provide fully completed RFQ and official quotation on company letterhead; ID copies of company directors.
• Compliance with SAFCOL’s PPE standards, safety training, and labour transport/IR responsibilities; accommodation and daily timesheets.
• Registration with National Treasury CSD within 7 working days of award if not already registered.
• Acceptance of the 80/20 price-specific-goals evaluation framework (minimum 51% Black Ownership earns specific points).
• Adherence to the supplier code of conduct and bidder disclosures.
