Overview

RFQ TIM-305-2026 seeks quotations for stacking, boiler feeding, stickers manufacturing and value extraction services at Timbadola Sawmill for one month. SAFCOL invites bidders with proven experience in sawmilling/forestry/agriculture to provide labour, transport, safety compliance, and IR/discipline management in line with SAFCOL standards. Delivery location is Timbadola Sawmill.

Requirements

• Complete the RFQ document on company letterhead and email quotes to RFQNorth@safcol.co.za with the RFQ number in the subject.
• Submit latest B-BBEE verification (SANAS-accredited) or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• Provide latest SARS Tax Clearance and CSD registration; ID copies of company directors.
• Include fully signed SBD forms; comply with all compulsory conditions.
• Provide evidence of tax compliance status and COID/workers compensation registration; include good standing.
• Provide service-proven experience in sawmilling/forestry/agriculture with contactable references (minimum 12 months).
• Annexure A terms specify delivery site details, labour standards, PPE, and safety requirements (see RFQ document and Annexure A).
• Note: non-compliance or misrepresentation can lead to disqualification.
