PROVISION OF STAFF PENSION SCHEME SERVICES UNDER UMBRELLA RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

Overview

Provision of staff pension scheme services under the Umbrella Retirement Benefits Scheme for the National Communication Secretariat, to be delivered over five years (60 months) with renewal options. The Open Tender invites financial services firms with pension administration experience to bid, with the contract covering staff pension scheme administration for NCS under an umbrella retirement benefits framework.

Requirements

• Open to all qualified tenderers; compliance with anti-corruption, anti-collusion, tax and nationality requirements.
• Tender security: KES 300,000; validity 30 days beyond tender validity (JV where applicable in the name of the JV).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Tender Security/Declaration, eligibility and qualification evidence, and JV documents if applicable; tax compliance evidence.
• Currency and pricing: Kenya Shillings; net, inclusive of taxes; prices serialized; any applicable discounts as per ITT.
