Procurement of: Provision of Support & Maintenance Services for the Incident Command Centre (ICC) for three years. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CCTV/SOC or equivalent; at least 3 references (one must be CCTV monitoring).
• Demonstrated HikCentral/P-Ver-HW1D experience; certifications or training in HikCentral; project management and networking qualifications (Cisco/MikroTik).
• SAIDSA accreditation for CCTV monitoring and PSIRA certification; ISO 9001 may be requested.
• B-BBEE status: valid sworn affidavit or certificate; demonstrate locality goals if claiming points.
• SA SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS) and CSD registration; municipal billing clearance; audited FS for last 3 years (where applicable).
• Proof of vendor capabilities: company profile, CVs of key personnel, and proof of training/certification.
• Migration plan: full migration to new HikCentral server within ~2 months; 6 months of live CCTV footage retention on ICC/SOC mirrors.
• Site visit attendance and adherence to tender conditions; letters of good standing; SAIDSA and PSIRA compliance in scope.
