Overview

The South African State Theatre seeks a Ticket Agent Service for a 12-month period, including a ticketing platform, cash/card transactions, reporting and customer support. Requirements

• Fully completed SBD1, SBD 4 and 6.1 (score page 5 of 7 on SBD 6.1)
• Completed POPIA Consent form
• Signed GCC (all pages)
• CSD Report (MAAA) and CSD registration
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE)
• SARS Tax PIN or tax status documentation
• Certified share certificate
• CIPC company registration
• Directors IDs (for all directors listed on CIPC)
• Three contactable reference letters (phase 2)

Note: Phase 3 will apply price and specific-goal scoring under the 80/20 (or 90/10 where applicable) framework; specific goals and proof required are in Annexure F (SBD6.1) (see SAST-RFQ-2025-289...pdf).
