PROVISION OF TRAINING FOR 30 LECTURERS IN COMPUTER LITERECY SKILLS FOR 5 DAYS AT SOWETO-ON-SEA CLC IN GQEBERHAClosed

Overview

This RFQ seeks to procure in-house training for 30 lecturers in basic computer literacy skills over 5 days at Soweto-on-Sea CLC, Gqeberha, with accreditation by MICT SETA (NQF level 2/3). Bidders should be able to deliver in the Eastern Cape, provide MS Office training plus basic computer skills and internet safety, and submit a firm VAT-inclusive price with the required compliance documents.

Requirements

• In-house training at Soweto-on-Sea CLC for 30 participants, 5 days; content includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher), basic computer skills, and internet safety.
• Training course must be accredited with MICT SETA (NQF level 2/3).
• Mandatory documents: valid tax clearance with PIN, CK registration, certified IDs, municipal accounts or lease/address proof, proof of MICT SETA accreditation, CSD full report, separate quotation on company letterhead, completed SBD 4, SBD 3.1; ensure no erasures/corrections.
• Bid validity: quotations must be valid for 30 days; pricing must be VAT inclusive.
• Submission rules: no bids from persons in the service of the state; compliance with EC CET College supply-chain policies; 80/20 PPPFA preference framework applies.
• Evaluation: Functionality 60 points minimum; Phase 2 assesses price and preference (Price 80, Specific goals 20); locality in EC yields 2 points, with additional goals for black/women/youth/disability ownership.
