PROVISION OF TRAINING ON CONTEMPORARY KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES, ITIL FOUNDATION (IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT), AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION/DIGITAL GOVERNANCE.

Overview

The contract is to provide five days of training on contemporary knowledge management techniques, ITIL Foundation (IT Service Management), and digital transformation/digital governance. Vendors with proven expertise in knowledge management, ITIL-based IT service management, and digital governance should consider bidding to deliver a 5-day public-sector training course for 20 participants in Durban.

Requirements

• 5-day course, Durban venue, 20 participants, 1 facilitator; venue/date to be provided by department.
• Submit bids on official forms (SBD 1, 3.3 pricing, 4, 6.1, 7) and complete attached documents.
• Registration on Central Suppliers Database (CSD) or provide SARS Tax PIN/TCS; if a consortium, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD.
• Tax compliance and proof (SARS PIN or Tax Clearance); CSD number if no TCS; proof of authority to sign.
• BBBEE: provide BBBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs to claim points.
• Financial/operational capacity: demonstrate ability to commence for at least 2 months; no advance payments; payments within 30 days.
• Duration/Delivery: 5 days, 20 participants, 1 facilitator; price valid 120 days; 30-day payment terms; PFMA/GCC compliance.
