Overview

Provision of training on interpreting and managing conflicts within the workplace for 2026/2027 for KwaZulu-Natal Department of Social Development. This RFQ seeks a training provider to deliver a 3-day program in Durban for about 50 participants, with 2 classes and 1 facilitator, in EtHEKWINI district. Submission is through the department’s bid process and documents are in the attached quotation pack.

Requirements

• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration; provide CSD number.
• SARS Tax Compliance: provide PIN or Tax Clearance, and ensure status for all bidders/consortium members.
• If no TCS PIN is available, provide CSD number; if registered on CSD, include it.
• B-BBEE: submit a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs may use sworn affidavit).
• Not currently in the state’s service (or directors/employees not in state service).
• Complete and submit all bid forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.3 pricing, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, etc.) and related declarations.
• Adhere to the 80/20 preferential framework (price and specific goals) and provide required documentation for goals.
• Ability to deliver a 3-day training for 50 participants in Durban; venue/date to be provided by the department.
• Prices to be firm; valid for 120 days; adhere to general and special SCC terms.
