Provision of Translation Stream Services for the 6th Edition of the Limpopo Investment Conference. LEDA seeks a qualified service provider to deliver translation streaming for a one-day hybrid conference in Polokwane (approx. 500 onsite, 1,000 online), requiring translation/interpretation software and multilingual simultaneous interpretation capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience delivering translation services/stream software for hybrid events; high-quality, professional, credible translation.
• Services must support in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats; include English–Mandarin, English–Russian, and English–French simultaneous interpretation.
• Compliance with industry standards and the General Conditions of Contract; readiness to sign SBD forms if successful.
• Pricing must be firm and include all taxes; pricing schedule to follow SBD 3.1.
• Tax/compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN (TCS) via e-filing or a printed TCS certificate; if not available, provide CSD number; separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each consortium member.
• Bidders must not be ineligible due to state-service restrictions; provide proof as required.
• Bid validity: 60 days from closing date.
