Requirements

• CSD registration (compulsory)
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Complete SQD Form 1
• Registration on the UFH Database
• Fleet capable of safely transporting 45 delegates; vehicles must be roadworthy
• Compliance with UFH policies (GBV, Code of Ethics, Anti-Fraud, etc.)
• Price evaluation: 80 points for price and 20 for specific goals; 51% ownership of business in the Eastern Cape required for specific goals
• Prices include VAT and bid is valid for the stated period (90 days as per SQD/price forms)
• Submission of SBD forms as part of bid documentation (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 9) per attached RFQ documents
• Bid must conform to the stated closing dates and non-acceptance of late quotes
