Overview

Provision of Travel and Air Ticketing Services under a two-year framework contract for Bungoma County Government. Open national competition to select travel/ticketing providers capable of managing official travel, ticketing, and related services under a Framework Agreement (Tender No. BGM/CNTY/OT/FWC/13/07/2026-2028).

Requirements

• Eligibility and conduct: no fraud/corruption; not debarred; avoid conflicts of interest; comply with anti-competitive provisions; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Tender preparation: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Joint Venture documentation if applicable; Manufacturer’s Authorization if required; tax clearance (as applicable); evidence of eligibility and conformity; serialisation of all pages.
• Financials and terms: prices in Kenya Shillings; fixed prices during contract; currency rules as specified; submission of full price breakdown per lot/item.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 28 July 2026 at 10:00. Late tenders will be rejected. (see Invitation)
• Submission: Hard copy tender to County Government of Bungoma, Finance/Supply Chain Management Office; Tender Box outside Headquarters. Address details in the tender.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender; Price Schedules (Section IV); Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; JV Agreement if applicable; Manufacturer’s Authorization (if required); Tax clearance; evidence of eligibility and conformity; any other documents listed in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). (See the attached tender document for specifics.)
• Clarifications: in writing to the Procuring Entity; deadlines for clarification as stated in the TDS; pre-tender conference if scheduled (dates/venue in the TDS).
• Documents access: Tender documents available electronically at www.bungoma.go.ke and https://www.tenders.go.ke (free of charge); follow sequential page numbering as required.
• Additional: Public tender opening with tenderers’ representatives; ensure all pages are serialised; for JV, provide joint venture agreement or letter of intent to execute one.
