Overview

Provision of Travel Management Services for CCMA for 36 months (with an online booking system), covering flights, accommodation, car hire, e-hailing, shuttle services, venues and conferencing. Bidders should be travel management companies with IATA accreditation and ASATA membership, capable of delivering local and international travel, after-hours support, SLA governance, and integration with CCMA’s systems.

Requirements

• IATA license and ASATA membership (with certificates).
• Tax compliance: valid Tax Clearance PIN and SARS status; registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with supplier number.
• Financial viability: latest audited financial statements (within 12 months); going-concern confirmation; unqualified audit opinion; favorable solvency/liquidity ratios.
• Staffing and references: organogram and staff profiles; two onsite travel consultants (one intermediate, one senior) with CVs; up to three client reference letters; site verification possible.
• Technical and operational capability: online booking system with two dedicated on-site consultants; training for CCMA users; SLA alignment; compatibility with CCMA financial systems; transition plan; capability to manage third-party providers and deliver cost-containment with compliant travel policy.
• Compliance and governance: POPIA compliance, confidentiality, and robust reporting; ability to provide monthly/quarterly reviews and SLA-driven deliverables.
• Mandatory briefing attendance and potential site reference checks.
