Overview

• The University of Fort Hare invites quotes for the provision and installation of two 75-inch TV screens and related accessories, including mounting hardware, cables, and installation services (RFQ RFQ097NM2026). Bidders should be registered audiovisual/electronics suppliers capable of supplying and installing the specified equipment, with compulsory CSD registration and a valid Original Tax Clearance (per UFH SCM rules).

Requirements

• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Completion and submission of mandatory SBD documents (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9, SBD 7.2) and pricing schedule
• Capability to supply and install the equipment per the specification (two TCL 75" screens, mounts, cables, floorbox, installation labour, etc.) as detailed in the attached specification
• Compliance with UFH SCM policy; quotes adjudicated with potential preference points; no late submissions
• Submission of BBEE-related documents and, if claiming points, proof of B-BBEE status (SBD 6.1) and related declarations
• If subcontracting, provide details as required by the form set
