Overview

The PPECB seeks to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to deliver VAT training to PPECB staff responsible for finance, accounts payable/receivable, taxation and compliance. The training should cover VAT principles, registration requirements, taxable/exempt/zero-rated supplies, and input/output VAT calculations, with delivery suitable for PPECB’s exports environment.

Requirements

• Relevant VAT training experience; qualified VAT specialists or registered tax practitioners as facilitators.
• QCTO accreditation and ability to issue completion certificates; knowledge of VAT legislation.
• Availability to deliver online training (MS Teams) and ability to tailor content to PPECB context.
• At least three contactable references; demonstrated capacity for organisations of similar size.
• Signed conflict‑of‑interest declaration and confirmation of no involvement in PPECB external audits.
• Compliance documents: SBD1, SBD4, valid Tax Clearance or SARS PIN, valid B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit, SBD6.1, and CSD registration proof.

• Documents to submit: SBD1, SBD4, Tax clearance or PIN, B-BBEE certificate or affidavit, SBD6.1, CSD registration; ensure CSD verification and Tax compliance where required.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance status; sign the declaration of interest; confirm Data Protection provisions.
