Requirements

• Copy of CK company registration documents
• Certified copies of company owner IDs (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of municipal rates payments (not older than 3 months) or formal lease or letter from traditional authority for non-ratable areas
• Copy of Central Supplier Database (CSD) report
