Overview

Procurement of Victim Empowerment and Gender Based Violence Training for the KZN Department of Social Development (2026/27), a 3-day training program to be delivered in two clusters within KwaZulu-Natal. Bidders should be training service providers with experience in GBV/victim empowerment and adult training, capable of delivering to 27 participants in the Southern Cluster and 25 in the ETHEKWINI cluster, with two facilitators per group and venues to be confirmed (Pietermaritzburg delivery point for bid documents).

Requirements

• Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and tax/compliance requirements (SARS PIN). If no PIN, provide CSD number; separate TCS/PIN for joint ventures. (from bidding docs)

• Provide proof of authority to sign bids (e.g., company resolution). No bid from state employees or entities with state connections. (from SBD1)
• B-BBEE: submit a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit to qualify for points; apply 80/20 price/goals evaluation. (from Section H)
