Overview

Provision of two water cooler dispensers, servicing for 24 months, and monthly supply of 20 x 20-litre water bottles. The bid is from KZN Growth Fund Agency (KZNGFA) and targets service providers capable of supplying, installing, and maintaining office water dispensers plus regular water bottle refills (approx. 180 bottles/year; 360 over 24 months).

Requirements

• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) and compliant SARS tax status (PIN if non-compliant).
• Signed and completed RFQ document, and SBD 1, 4, and 6 including MAAA.
• Three written letters of reference for water dispenser supply and bottle delivery, on letterhead, signed and dated within 5 years.
• Company profile detailing relevant water-dispenser and bottled-water experience.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and proof of CSD/TCS status as applicable (CSD number if no TCS PIN).
• Technical requirements: rent of two floor-standing hot/cold water dispensers (colors silver/grey/black), health and safety compliant; monthly water bottle refills (20 x 20 L), safe drinking water standards; one-off installation costs; warranty for rental period; servicing, sanitizing, maintenance and prompt repairs during the contract.
