Overview

The RFQ seeks the PROVISION OF WATER TREATMENT SERVICES AT BERLIN PLANTATION FOR THREE (3) MONTHS. SAFCOL invites service providers with water treatment capabilities to bid, including those with SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit, valid tax clearance, CSD registration, and the ability to submit a compliant quotation on company letterhead. Requirements

• Fully completed RFQ on the company letterhead.
• B-BBEE verification (SANAS-accredited) or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• Latest Tax Clearance (SARS) and tax status in order.
• CSD registration (or MAAA number); if not registered, register within 7 working days of award.
• ID copies of company directors.
• Signed SBD forms (including SBD 6.2) and Annexure C for Local Content; SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure.
• Supplier Code of Conduct acknowledgement.
• If bidding as a Joint Venture, consolidated B-BEE certificate.
