Overview

Provision of Web-based performance management system, compliance management system and professional services for Knysna Municipality for a period of 36 months. Requirements

• Bids must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70% to progress to System Demonstration.
• Bidders must achieve at least 80% on System Demonstration to be evaluated further on price and preference points.
• Evaluated using an 80/20 preference points system; in accordance with Municipal policies and the Regulations.
• No bids from persons in the service of the state.
• Bids must remain valid for 180 days after the closing date; extensions may be requested.
• Telephonic, facsimile, e-mail, and late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on issued documentation.
