PROVISION OF YOUTH TRAINING ON FULL DRIVERS’ LICENSES COURSE SERVICE FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS

Overview

Provision of youth training on full drivers’ licenses course services for a period of 3 years. Bidders should be service providers with experience in youth development and driving-instruction delivery, and must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Two-stage evaluation: functionality first, then price; bids valid for 120 days.
• Preferential procurement goals (80/20) with points for local Mandeni presence and black-owned, women-owned, and youth-owned status as per PPPFA 2022 regulations.
• Compliance: National Treasury Defaulters Database screening; canvassing prohibited; bids not automatically awarded; no commitment to lowest bid.
• Financials: non-refundable bid document fee of R600 (incl. VAT); documents available from 21 Oct 2026; sale ends 3 Nov 2026.
