How to Apply

• Ensure registration on the NMBM supplier database (contact 041-506-3274/3266).
• Obtain bid documents from the SCM Tender Office, Harrower Road North End, or Kariega, after paying the tender fee of R582.00; pay via cash/cheque or bank transfer (Vote 00154776; ABSA, PE) and provide proof of payment.
• Pay and collect documents before proceeding; reference must be provided as Vote 00154776.
• Submit bids in sealed envelopes, clearly stating contract number and description, to the Tender Box at either the Harrower Road or Kariega offices between 8:00 and 16:00.
• Bids must be submitted by 30 July 2026 at 11:00; tenders will be opened publicly shortly after 11:00 at the two offices.
