Overview

Provisioning (design, supply and installation) of ICT wireless infrastructure for Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality. Bidders with ICT wireless design, supply and installation capabilities should consider bidding and must be registered on the NMBM supplier database.

Requirements

• Tender fee: R582.00 (proof of payment required).
• Submission on official forms only: All bids must be submitted on the Municipality’s official stamped bid documentation; not re-typed or copied.
• Supplier registration: All tenderers must be registered on the NMBM supplier database.
• Tender documents and payment: Tender documents can be obtained from the SCM Tender Office (Harrower Road North End) or Kariega offices; payment methods and proof of payment as required by the notice.
• Submission format and opening: Bids must be in sealed envelopes clearly stating contract number/description; tenders opened publicly shortly after 11:00 and late bids are not accepted.
• Procurement policy: Preference for previously disadvantaged SMEs per the SCM Policy; details in the policy.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 30 July 2026 at 11:00.
• Submission method/location: Sealed bids must be placed in the tender box at the SCM offices in Harrower Road, North End, or at 17 Sellick Street, Kariega, between 08:00 and 16:00 on weekdays.
• Documents to submit: Official forms provided by the Municipality (no retyping); any pricing schedule included in the tender documents; proof of tender fee payment; proof of NMBM supplier database registration.
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: Must be registered on the NMBM supplier database.
