• Two reference letters for similar services with full contact details.
• Administrative compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; SARS Tax Clearance PIN; COIDA compliance (Letter of Good Standing); active CIPC registration; BBBEE status certificate or approved affidavit; authorization to sign bids.
• Complete and submit required forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and pricing schedules; non-compliance may invalidate the bid.
