PROVISIONING OF TACTICAL RESPONSE TEAM AT MATLA POWER STATION FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS (36 MONTHS)

Overview

Provisioning of a Tactical Response Team at Matla Power Station for a period of 3 years (36 months). This is a security services engagement to supply on-site tactical response and related security functions at a critical Eskom facility. Bidders should have security service capabilities and be able to operate within Eskom safety, governance and contractual frameworks.

Requirements

• Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender (Rev 12) and Tender Data; eligible bidders only; no 100% sub-contracting; compliance with CIDB, tax and related pre-qualifications.
• CIDB registration (and grade) and ability to provide proof as required; tax clearance and PAYE questionnaire.
• ISO 9001-based Supplier Quality Management System (QMS) and associated quality plans (Contract Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan) as part of pre- and post-contract governance.
• Adherence to Eskom Life-Saving Rules and related health and safety requirements (PTW, working at heights standards, environmental, occupational health and safety procedures).
• Ethics and integrity commitments: sign Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact, complete Supplier Declaration of Interest, and execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Returnable documents and governance: Form of Offer and Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations, pricing data (Part C2), CIDB details, and related returnables.
