Overview

Provisioning of the Business Continuity Management advisory services for a period of 4 months. SAWS invites bids (RFQ 4496/26) for BCM advisory services, with a ceiling price up to R500,000 (incl VAT). Closing date/time: 30 June 2026 at 11:00 (see RFQ 4496/26 advert.pdf). No briefing session required. Submissions must be electronic to RFQsubmissions@weathersa.co.za. Bidders should have BCM advisory experience, relevant accreditations, and be prepared to enter a formal SLA and demonstrate supplier performance management.

Requirements

• Delivery of BCM advisory services over 4 months per Annex H.
• Complete official bid documentation: GCC (Annexure B), Bidder’s Disclosure (Annexure C/SBD4), Preference Points (Annexure F/SBD6.1), Pricing (Annexure G), Specifications/Terms (Annexure H), POPIA (Annexure I); be prepared to sign SBD7 if awarded.
• Compliance: tax (SARS PIN or TCS/CSD), VAT where applicable; no bids from state-employed entities; foreign bidders may require additional tax validation.
• Subcontracting: provide proof of subcontracting where applicable.
• Due diligence: SAWS may conduct site visits and shortlisting presentations; premises accreditation required prior to award.
• Performance: upon award, sign an SLA and provide a performance scorecard.
• Preference: BBEE points under the 80/20 system; provide required documentation (Annexure F).
• Privacy: complete POPIA consent form.
