Overview

Provision of security guards, armed response and alarm monitoring for sixty (60) months at False Bay TVET College. Suitable bidders are security service providers with PSIRA registration (company and guards), ICASA RF capability, a valid SARS Tax Compliance Certificate, CSD registration, COIDA good standing, UIF payments up to date, and capacity to service multiple Western Cape campuses. The contract covers several campuses and a new Mitchells Plain site later in the term.

Requirements

• Proof of company/CC registration; SARS Tax Compliance Certificate and PIN; SBD4/6.1/8/9 completed.
• CSD full and summary reports; proof of address; PSIRA registration for company; Regulation 21 training for guards.
• Provident fund good standing; current UIF payment; COIDA Labour Department good standing.
• Local labour: guards sourced in Western Cape.
• ICASA radio frequency infrastructure; minimum four owned vehicles (or lease letters if applicable).
• Three references (armed response, CCTV, security guards).
• Health and safety: H&S policy, COID good standing; compliance with relevant laws.
• Operational readiness details (methodology, staffing, equipment, post orders) to be provided.

• Submit pricing in line with the National Bargaining Council for private security; include all required forms and certificates.
