Overview

A Public Private Partnership to redevelop and operate the Cape Vidal Tourism Resort in the Eastern Shores section of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, under a DBFOT arrangement. Bidders should be private investors or consortia with PPP, resort redevelopment, construction/engineering and hospitality operations capabilities, and the ability to meet environmental and park-area requirements.
