PURCHASE AND DELIVERY FOR SCHOOL BUS TO XAVERIAN PRIMARY SCHOOL

Purchase and delivery of a 46-seat PWD-friendly school bus to Xavierian Primary School in Kisumu; Open Tender, open to all qualified and interested tenderers. Target bidders are bus manufacturers or dealers with an established Kenyan presence and after-sales service.

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: not debarred, no conflicts of interest, adherence to anti-corruption rules; JV not allowed for this tender.
• Tender security: KSh 210,000 in the form of bank guarantee or approved alternative; security valid through tender validity.
• Documented authorization and after-sales service: Manufacturer's authorization to supply the goods if not the manufacturer; local representation for maintenance and spare parts.
• Tax and origin compliance: current tax clearance; country-of-origin declarations for goods; conformity to technical specifications and environmental/ownership rules as applicable.
• Additional tendering obligations: complete Form of Tender, Price Schedules, and other documents as required in the ITT/DS; signatures by authorized representatives; declaration of independent tender determination.

How to Apply

• Obtain bid documents from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) and NG-CDF website; documents downloaded electronically are free. (RFQ)
• Inform the entity of your intent by emailing cdfkisumucentral@ngcdf.go.ke with your details after downloading. (RFQ)
• Prepare and assemble: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, Manufacturer's Authorization (if applicable), evidence of eligibility and conformity to requirements, and any other documents listed in ITT 10 and ITT 16.2. (RFQ)
• Submission: physically submit a single original and one copy to the Tender Box at Kisumu NG-CDF, Tom Mboya Estate Behind Golden Elites, Kisumu, on or before the deadline (no electronic submission). Envelopes must be clearly marked and separated as ORIGINAL and COPIES. (RFQ)
