Purchase and removal of various used or scrapped oil such as turbine oil, THZ46, lube oil at Tutuka Power Station for a contract period of 36 months (3 years) on an “As and When” required basis. Eskom invites bids from oil scrap dealers, waste-oil collectors and environmental/logistics service providers. Open to prospective tenderers, including JV/consortiums, subject to National Treasury and Eskom policies, sanctions checks, and CSD registration with tax clearance. The contract covers on-site oil collection, measurement and payment based on actual volume, daily collections during outages, site permits, safety and environmental compliance, and a requirement to submit a full SHEQ plan with associated documentation.
