Overview

NG-CDF Kangundo invites tenders for the purchase and supply of approved chemistry, physics and biology laboratory equipment for Kakuyuini Primary School. Open national tender; suitable for manufacturers or authorized Kenyan distributors of school laboratory equipment who can meet public procurement rules (including tax clearance, anti-corruption declarations, and, if applicable, Manufacturer Authorization).

Requirements

• Tender security: Ksh 98,000
• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination
• Eligibility: no conflicts of interest; JV rules (joint venture liable for entire contract)
• If not the goods’ manufacturer, provide Manufacturer's Authorization
• Tax clearance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority; not debarred by PPRA
• Goods’ eligibility and conformity: evidence that items meet the Schedule of Requirements; country/origin declarations
• Offer must be complete, with pages serialized and tender valid per TDS
• Prices fixed for the contract; discounts must be clearly stated; no conditional discounts
• For JV: provide Joint Venture Agreement or signed letter of intent
