Overview

NG-CDF Kangundo invites bids for Purchase and Supply of Approved Chemistry, Physics and Biology Laboratory Equipment for Kiomo Primary School. It is an Open National Tender; eligible suppliers of educational lab equipment should bid, with capabilities for installation, training and initial maintenance; Kenyan-origin sourcing is encouraged where applicable.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015; include an anti-corruption declaration and a non-debarment declaration.
• Complete and sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; comply with anti-collusion requirements.
• Eligible tenderers: JV rules, no public officers involved, no conflicts of interest, and disclosure of affiliations as required.
• Tender security of KSh 98,000; provide required documentation (Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, JV documentation if applicable, Manufacturer Authorization if needed).
• Evidence of qualifications and eligibility for goods and related services; tax clearance (or exemption) and other registrations as defined in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Goods/origin: origin declarations; local sourcing requirements (Kenya) and substitutions rules; environmental considerations where applicable.
• Prices must be in Kenya Shillings; fixed prices unless TDS allows adjustments; per‑lot pricing in the price schedules.

• Deadline: 8 October 2026 at 10:00 AM; late tenders will be rejected.
• Submission: Hard-copy tenders only; deliver to NG-CDF Kangundo, Board Room; electronic submissions not permitted.
