Purchase and supply of approved Chemistry, Physics and Biology laboratory equipment for St. Michael Unyuani Secondary School. Requirements

• Eligibility: open to private entities, individuals, state-owned bodies, or joint ventures; JV allowed with a representative; no public officers or relatives; no conflicts of interest; must sign a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Compliance: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; avoid collusive or corrupt practices; tax compliance as applicable.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Joint Venture Agreement (or letter of intent), Manufacturer Authorization if required, tax clearance, and evidence of eligibility of goods.
• Tender security: KSh 98,000; bid submissions must be serialized and tender security valid through specified periods.
• Goods eligibility and origin: provide country of origin declarations; meet conformity with Section VII Schedule of Requirements; certain Kenyan sourcing rules may apply as per the TDS.
• Financials: prices to be quoted in Kenyan Shillings; fixed prices unless otherwise allowed; multiple lots may be offered per TDS;
• Submission: tenders to be delivered by 29 October 2026 at 10:00 AM to Kangundo NG-CDF Office; electronic submission not permitted (as per bid document). Late bids are rejected.
