Overview

Purchase and supply of approved chemistry, physics and biology laboratory equipment for Kawethei S.A Primary School. Open National Tender open to qualified Tenderers who supply school science laboratory equipment and can meet Kenya procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; sign declarations not to engage in corruption and not being debarred.
• Do not engage in collusive or unfair practices; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligible Tenderers may bid singly or as a joint venture (JV); JV members are jointly liable.
• Not be debarred by PPRA; provide current tax clearance certificate.
• Provide Manufacturer’s Authorization if you do not manufacture the goods; evidence of qualifications per Section III.
• Provide country-of-origin declarations and conformity evidence for goods; Kenya-sourced items may be required (4.4) and origin/conformity must be demonstrated (Section VII).
