• Prices net of taxes, quoted in Kenyan Shillings; tender valid for 210 days
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration as per the TDS
• JV not permitted; no alternative tenders (per ITT provisions)
• Compliance with anti-corruption and eligibility rules (debarment, etc.)

How to Apply
