PURCHASE OF GRAVEL FOR COUNTY ROAD MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION

• Submission method: Sealed tender delivered physically to the County Treasury, Block A, Room 2 (Procurement Pool); no electronic submissions.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender and Price Schedule, Tender Security, tax clearance evidence, and all documents required in Section IV (Tendering Forms) and related qualification/verification forms.
• Pre-qualification/registrations: Tax clearance certificate; PPRA debarment check; relevant Kenyan registrations as required (per ITT 3 and TDS).
